Please mail the following items to the above address.The supplementary material listed below must be received no later than November 3rd, however, your payment must be received no later than October 25th, 2009. Please note your audition is not confirmed or scheduled until payment is received.

  • An 8x10 black and white glossy headshot
  • A current one page resume (make sure you state if you have equity status)
  • A bio for promotional purposes - approx 120 words
  • Two letters of reference
  • $50 CDN cheque or money order (if you choose not to pay online using visa) (Fee must be paid BEFORE audition time will be scheduled)
